I finally sent in my 360 for repairs. I tried to do it earlier but apparently UPS closes at 4:30 pm on Saturdays and doesn't open on Sundays. Not only did the people at UPS say they get 360's all the time but they have a specific "Xbox box" that you buy. There are literally two items on my receipt that say "Xbox" for the shipping and "Xbox Pack"for the box. UPS must be making tons on us.
